Provides transitional housing, case management and supportive services to homeless people living in the Decatur, Illinois area. Homeward Bound's transitional housing program helps families and individuals over a 24-month period. Services help homeless people get back on track and to deal with the chasses which led to their homelessness. Homeward Bound clients are referred by staff from emergency shelters and area human services agencies. They must meet eligibility requirements to be considered as participants.
